About this product
Tesamorelin is a synthetic 44-amino-acid peptide, an analogue of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-44). Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a 10 mg vial for laboratory research.
Structure
- Sequence – identical to native GHRH(1-44), C-terminus amidated.
- N-terminal modification. A trans-3-hexenoic acid group is attached to the first tyrosine. It protects the peptide from enzymatic degradation, making it more stable than native GHRH.
Research areas
- GHRH receptor binding and activation studies in pituitary cell models.
- Regulation of growth hormone release and its signalling pathways (cAMP).
- Stability of modified peptides compared with native GHRH, analytical method development (HPLC, MS).
Packaging
A sealed glass vial with an aluminium crimp cap. Every vial carries a batch number and expiry date.
For laboratory research only. Not for human or animal use.
- Purity confirmed
- Batch certificate of analysis (COA)
