About this product
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) carrying an albumin-binding group (DAC, Drug Affinity Complex). Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a 5 mg vial for laboratory research.
Structure
- Peptide backbone – the GHRH(1-29) sequence with four amino acid substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) that increase resistance to enzymatic degradation.
- DAC group. A maleimidopropionic acid attached to a C-terminal lysine. It binds covalently to serum albumin, so the compound persists far longer in research models than the peptide without DAC.
Research areas
- GHRH receptor binding and activation studies in pituitary cell models.
- Peptide–albumin conjugation and pharmacokinetics.
- Comparison with CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) and native GHRH.
Packaging
A sealed glass vial with an aluminium crimp cap. Every vial carries a batch number and expiry date.
