About this product
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a synthetic 39-amino-acid peptide that activates three receptors at once: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a 20 mg or 30 mg vial for laboratory research.
Structure
- Peptide backbone. A GIP-based 39-residue sequence with non-canonical amino acids (α-aminoisobutyric acid, α-methyl-leucine) that increase resistance to enzymatic degradation.
- Lipid chain. A C20 diacid attached to a lysine side chain through a linker. It binds albumin, so the compound persists longer in research models.
- C-terminus – amidated.
Research areas
- Receptor binding and activation studies (GIPR, GLP-1R, GCGR) in cell models.
- cAMP signalling and receptor selectivity compared with single and dual receptor agonists.
- Peptide stability, pharmacokinetics and analytical method development (HPLC, MS).
Packaging
A sealed glass vial with an aluminium crimp cap. Every vial carries a batch number and expiry date.
For laboratory research only. Not for human or animal use.
- Purity confirmed
- Batch certificate of analysis (COA)
