About this product
Ipamorelin is a synthetic 5-amino-acid peptide, an agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R, the ghrelin receptor). Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a 10 mg vial for laboratory research.
Structure
- Sequence: Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2.
- Origin. Derived from the GHRP-1 peptide series by removing the central Ala-Trp dipeptide. Non-standard residues (Aib, D-2-naphthylalanine, D-Phe) increase resistance to enzymatic degradation.
Research areas
- GHS-R binding and activation, selectivity compared with other GHRP peptides.
- Regulation of growth hormone release in pituitary cell models.
- Combination with GHRH analogues (e.g. CJC-1295) in receptor synergy studies.
Packaging
A sealed glass vial with an aluminium crimp cap. Every vial carries a batch number and expiry date.
For laboratory research only. Not for human or animal use.
- Purity confirmed
- Batch certificate of analysis (COA)
