About this product
GHK-Cu is a copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine (GHK). GHK itself occurs naturally in human plasma. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a 100 mg vial for laboratory research.
Structure
- Sequence: GHK (Gly-His-Lys).
- Copper binding. The copper ion binds through the glycine amino group and the histidine imidazole ring. The copper gives the powder its blue tint.
Research areas
- Fibroblast and extracellular matrix (collagen, elastin) synthesis in cell cultures.
- Copper ion transport and binding in biological systems.
- Gene expression changes and antioxidant mechanisms in vitro.
Packaging
A sealed glass vial with an aluminium crimp cap. Every vial carries a batch number and expiry date.
For laboratory research only. Not for human or animal use.
- Purity confirmed
- Batch certificate of analysis (COA)
